2.      What is included in your inspection?   depends on type of home you are buying.  typically includes all visible areas of the home, including roof, decks, basements, crawlspaces, furnace, boiler, water heater, plumbing supply, sewer, electrical panel, and more
3.      What is excluded from your inspection?  depends on several factors (ice, snow coverage, type of home) area of the home with no access or dangerous and unsafe conditions.
4.      What type of inspection report do you provide?  PDF check box, along with photo comments.
5.      How long will the inspection take?  depends on type of home 1.5 to 4 hours
6.      Can I attend the inspection? Yes, please come for the whole inspection. You and your realtor are welcome, along with any other people you want to attend.  Friends, Family, Parents, Kids, Contractor friend, Contractors, Handy Person, so on.
7.      What is the cost of the inspection?  Depends on location and type of home, most inspection save buyers money, a lot of money.  But typically, $250 to $475.  Radon with inspection is another $100 to $150. 
8.      How soon would you be able to do an inspection?   Depends on time of year, typically within 2 to 5 days
9.      Can you provide me with two or three references of current of former clients?  Sure, call me I will give you 3 happy customers that liked my inspection.
